Investing in Long Term Equity Markets
The way that we do things at lm is that we try to think about what's the long term expected return of equity, or different equity markets. And we try to move the portfolio exposure to those asset classes up and down based on whether that expected return is higher or lower relative to safe assets overtime. So when the market goes down, you find o want to buy from a long toour earnings, the old point of view, but to begin with momentum on negative, so you want less. The two things combined sort of gives us the behavior of acid allocation over time. It was her something that really makes sense.
