Do You Have a Headache?
The old assumption would be that chocolate gives you my grain, so it's the trigger. The more dern theory then is that you are in a pre grained, migrained state sometimes, and that might set it off. But there's other times, if you're not in that state, it doesn't get set off. I think that's a good way to think of it. And to be honest, when i'm having a bunch of my grains, i back off the chocolate automatically,. because it's been years of training me that way. Some researchers are saying that it's like i'm craving chocolate more before b because whatever's causing the headache is causing me to also crave
