It sounds like this is going to be a phased rollout. You've got the test net launch and then you're going to kind of figure out a governance structure for where fees go. But I'm wondering if you can say exactly what public goods this network is going to fund and how will that be determined? Is their initial thought on the governance structure of where those sequence or fees go, which get going rounds? Are they going to other Dapps, like Givith or CLR fund rounds? And if so, how will that determination be made andHow will that evolve over time?
