The Defensible Argument for Red Flag Laws

I lean slightly against red flag laws. I feel like it makes it so hard. If you're a guy that likes guns and you've got like mental issues, man, going to a therapist becomes really fucking scary. Because what if you get a diagnosis that is now precluding you from owning firearms? And now you've got to fight a judge for your second amendment right in the United States. That gets hairy. Depending on how people, you know, represent red flag laws and what type they're pushing for, yeah, it is a really scary thing.
