How to Approach Sinners in Christ's Name?

Calvin said that a christian should approach every sinner with the heartfelt desire that that sinner would come to know god's love and grace in jesus christ. That'll make a whole lot of difference in the way you approach sinners in christ's name, not anxiously anticipating, looking forward to perversely, their loss, their perishing,. But desiring for them the same good that you've to know by god's grace in christ, without exception. If i'm not in scriptural company, i'm with calvin.
