How to Build a Chatbot?

It heavily depends on what you're building, actually. In my first job, i was building an automation bot for service companies. And over there, it is usually about how you a solve the text classification problem and improve your data. For my second job, it was really hard because, like, i come from an, you know, like applied mad operations research type of background,. I do not have any developer background. It sounds like you found a lot of what you thought was needed in terms of hugging face and transformers. But how did that process of like trying to build a chapa help you learn?
