Isn't It Like a Dog Bowl?

The residents of sunny vale, New York have to resort to psychological warfare against crows. They are going to spend an hour every evening shooting green lazers at these crows. While they do that, they're going to take a boom box, like a literal, old school do the right thing kind of boom box. The idea is that when they see the lazer shining through the tree line every evening, the crows are begoing to think that there are animals running back and forth in the dark. But long story short, it did not work, because the birds are too smart.
