The fourth stage, kind of getting closer to having more mental freedom, having more intentionality is being productive. Like you don't know how to enjoy your downtime alone or with friends and family because you always think that you need to be doing something in order to get it all done. You're just uneasy if you sit still. And so the best shot of getting it all done is to just keep doing.
