i was convinced by your last episode to delete tiktok i had already removed the icon from the home screen in an attempt to stop wasting my time on that app. when it was time for me to poop literally went to redownload the app without thinking what else do i do without social media during my poops? i might just make it through the day but i don't have faith in tomorrow's bathroom break truly wrap brain stuff as you said wild I will be moving some magazines to the bathroom after this and may need one of those word search in magazine bathroom break literature stands next to my toilet ancient 2003 behavior  this email is titled taking this one dukey at a time
