The Politics of Disillusionment

Both parties have a pixel leader who appeals to that. So they're both contesting the same ground with very, with people, to be honest, very similar. If Starmer and Sunac met at a party, no one thinks they're going to hate each other. You know, if they'd met in some other, under some other circumstances, they'd have quite a lot in common. And when they will be the person who can most convincingly say, vote for me and you can exhale, totter off to Aldi by a bottle of cheap Prosecco. Such is the terrain on which modern British politics is fought.
