Jean-Mangera's Network of Sex Workers
Hall needed couriers to carry messages, safe houses for hiding agents and people willing to organise parachute drops of arms. The network was codenamed Hechler. Jean-Mangera recruited her own network of sex workers to help the allies. One boasted she'd put 28 German officers out of combat by infecting them before seeking treatment herself. Paul recruited a huge range of men and women, railway officials, mayors and businessmen as well as nuns and sex workers.
