Josh Butler wrote a book on human sexuality, applying certain metaphors from scripture and the natural world to how God would have us to interact. He hit all the identity markers that's important to institutional evangelism right now. The wrong people decided they no longer wanted that on the menu. Now he is ostracized. But again, there's a reason that certain people are platform nowadays.
