Bankruptcy Is Not the Right Remedy for Every Company
Bankruptcy is not necessarily helpful for every kind of company from a rehabilitation perspective. Sometimes frankly it's easier to restructure a company out of court, just depending on the profile of issues than it would be in bankruptcy. We tried our best when we are working on behalf of a company that believes it has value as an enterprise or can confer value through a transition of its assets. It's sad when you see this happen because companies that have no choice but to liquidate may just arrive at that conclusion in recognition of a lack of other options.
