The Benefits of Cold Therapy for Resilience

There are studies showing that if you are a new, let's call it winter swimmer. You have a huge increase in leukosuits and monocytes in the body after taking cold planches. And this could be, if I interpret on that, also compared to the lower blood pressure that they have, that it's because they have lower inflammation in the body. They don't need as much leukosuit and monocyte in the body because you have to think about as a feedback loop.
