Vanell and Adama: A First Time Filmmaker's Debut
Ramata Toulais-Sai is a first time filmmaker from Senegal. She has an awful lot of like filmmaking talent in her fingertips and the way she puts together her scenes is beautiful. The narrative is a little bit undernourished it is simply a love story at the beginning Vanell and Adama are two young people in love but they're married because according to a Muslim tradition Adama had to marry Vanell because she had previously been married.
