The Challenge Skills Balance

The flow research collective is looking at it very seriously and are interested in these questions. We find the most flow as a general rule when the challenge of task is about 5% greater than our skill set. So we want to stretch, but not snap. The idea right, the idea is that flow follows focus. It can only show up on all our attention to the right here right now.
