The Importance of HighAvailability

Heroku has said, look, we just don't want this free traffic anymore. This free traffic is worth zero to us. We're going to get rid of it. From a business perspective, it kind of makes sense. It's like freeze them from a massive load of costly traffic and then focus on their core business. Can I ask you about high availability? Because you just said you can't have zero downtime, like literally zero downtime. Well, multi-region, multi-this, multi-that, multi-year. And that has some pros and cons as well.
