The Problem With Capitalism in the Mid-19th Century

The working class of England and Europe in the mid-19th century was a very real one. It didn't happen for reasons that classical liberal economists can explain to you. By the end of the 19th century, new arguments against capitalism had to be invented. Capitalism brings about promiscuity as the Soviets say, or capitalism leads to repression of sexuality, as Mark so Freudian say.
