I was there for about 10 months in that first year and I reckon I got three jobs in that 10 months. My size suddenly was a real big issue. In fact my New York agency took me off their books off the website publicly until I was like worthy to be sent to castings with their name next month. They were basically telling me things like stop squatting, like take up hot yoga. Like if you get hungry, have an apple or a diet coke like it was ridiculous. The people say they even actually at one point said that a lot of girls take up smoking to suppress hunger. And I was like sick.
