How to Be a Successful Financial Advisor

How do you feel like your planning process is different from maybe other advisors that either don't have an edge sort of working generically with clients or that do have a different niche market than you do? We really spend a lot of time up front helping to understand their relationship with money, but then also looking forward and thinking like, what's that path, right? And I find a lot of clients and walk away from that inspired, like they didn't think they were ever going to have that conversation. So we definitely pride ourselves in helping clients do stuff like one of our core values, which makes us different.
