What Happened in 1938?
The russians have drafted two treaties, the main one between russia and the united states. And they gave the united states annato counterparts one month to respond. So we are now within this period of one month countem where either the united states is going to agree to the russian treaty, or they 're going to say, we agree to these part the others - which is already a step in the right direction. Or we have to wait and see how rRussians will respond to this.
