i think it's mainly head phones. What else could it have been? Glasses, whatever. I guess my head is just too big. So after about ten minutes, they would start to hurt and i couldn't concentrate. The adapti noiset stuff is so cool, yeh. Now all the screaming babies in the library cannot pierce my adaptive noise cancelling technology. And i'm not exaggerating when i say probably 35 to forty % of the questions i get emailed are related to the problems that this book talks about. It may be my number one recommended book for students at this point because reading it, i just realize like, this is something we're all having problems
