Discourse and Lysis in the Case of Conspiracy Theories

In the case of conspiracy theories, who can be pointed to as being a conspirator? Is it only jewish people? Or is it, can they be white men. So we see then that even though there are desperate thoughts and ideas, both fall into the camp of conspiracy theories. And so by virtue of that, they can then fall into n a clumping category of disrepute.
