Climate Change Impact on Farmland Sector
You almost need to think about farm investing and climate a sort of climate portfolio. There's obviously this issues of water and increasing temperatures that lead to major issues with some farms. But at the same time, you have other farms that have good water supply to benefit from the other farms struggling. And then you have warming up climates up north in canada and north of ewest that gain will sort of benefit even more from this climate change. To overls, of course, it's negative, but there are definitely areas that do stand to benefit.
