Design for Inference

Design for inference is the interplay between setting up, for example, biological experiments that can enable pattern recognition on the computational side. It's not just about taking the methods of one and making data for the other to process with its own methods. And then also thinking about what computationa approaches are best suited to that. Can you touch upon maybe an example or two of how in the past you've really tackled this? Yes, so. So i'll give a couple of examples.
