The Role of Alpha-Synuclein in Differentiating Synucleiopathies
We have an urgent need of robust synucleinopathy biomarkers. These techniques have been recently shown also to detect what we call prodromal Parkinson's disease recent subjects leading we affected not yet with the motor disturbances. There are many different evidences I would summarize like that that different conformational strains are characterizing these different synucleinopathies great and wrapping up ‘we actually do not have other tools for reaching this early and appropriate diagnosis of these diseases'
