i think there's an active movement towards avoiding that human touch. We just need a really good interface, exactly. I know a kid who, hade, was geting ready to go off on his own in a graduated college and he was forced to set up his own bank account. And it was the last thing he wanted to do. It just seemed like he went back, you know, 20 years. They did a study recently that showed that if you're somebody that has bad credit or a small bank account, you prefer to not talk to any humans. You only want to talk to a human.
