Is There a Killing of a Pipeline?
The way things are set up right now means that low-level writers don't have an opportunity to learn how to create a show. I worked on a show where I was hired on the premise of my experience on set and it turned out nobody ended up growing a set. The amount of experience that I learned from three or four of the shows that I was on set or you know in the edit or just is invaluable, he says.
