Carlos Castaneta - The Truth About Castanada

Carlos castaneta was a man of many lies. He claimed to have been born on christmas day in 19 35, which would have made him around 38 years old. His death certificate says he was never married and it's not clear when he divorced his wife. There is even some indication that he used a stand in to pose for his psychodelic cover portrait for time magazine. When the reporter challenged him about the discrepancies in his personal life history, he said: "To ask me to vrify my life by giving you my statistics, it's like using science to validate sorcery"
