The Importance of Being Situationally Aware
You should always be situationally aware. I'm talking about investigative mode in terms of being psychologically minded. You need to understand what's the psychological situation of everybody that you're in competition with. If you want your boss to see you as essential then you need to know what he or she is not good at. Let's talk about manipulation for a second. Is there anything wrong with wanting him to pop the question? He says no.
