Hayato: My strategy is wholesaling real estate. And really the reason why I do like wholesaling going into 2023 is it's very risk. We have a list of about 75,000 or so, plus retail investors that are always looking to buy. They've gotten actually a little bit more loose on the criteria on the properties that they're obviously looking for.
