Api Support for the Algarithmic Time Line?

Twitter has added support for limiting er replies, like limiting who can reply to your tweets. Twitter is where i discover stuff but it's mostly work, developers, aps, ver agaimes,. music like that kind of stuff. Time line sink is just in able, like it's soper useful to have.
