What Was Your First Career in Cartography?

When you arrived in ireland, your first job was peeling potatoes and onions. Your mother didn't want you to do anything to do with food because she thought it was difficult for women to progress in kitchens. So i actually started a degree in cartography at south bank university. And then the food thing kept coming back - so i'm either going to bite the bullet and do it, or i'm going to carry on cartography.
