I would say it goes impulsiveness, then value then expectancy in that order in terms of importance. What are you doing just before bedtime? Are you doing something really stimulating? You know, that's why books are great. Ou you want something that is s doesn't have all the bells and whistles. No, an actual printed book is perfect for thet cause it's lowing you down. Trying to make it as regular as possible. This has been great. I wish i had done it years ago. And simple things of ah, when arl you stop consuming coffee during the day, that's a big one.
