I've Been Through Many of These Cycles
I've been through many of these cycles. This one is unique, and i'm not going to get too bearish. There's so much of the four and a half trillion that was poured into this market still in the pockets of consumers. They haven't had a chance to spend it because we have a disrupted supply chain. I stori people can still afford to buy homes, even though they're up a hundred an 70 bases points from where they were four months ago.
