Are You a Venture Capitalist?

I don't think we should solve that problem by allowing people to hang themselves with bad investments. I've now been teaching venture capital private equity for 20 years at MIT. Many young people ask me about how to get into venture capital as a profession. And I tell everybody who asked me this question, that being a venture capital should be the last job in your career, not the first. Yes, progress is slow, and I even cheat. It's true slow in diversified the field of people that have this knowledge.
