The Importance of Playing Music

I'm not like the greatest guitar player ever or anything like that at all. I try to basically hold my own just playing the acoustic guitar playing chords and trying to sing songs. So anyway, I just feel in the mood to perhaps play some songs again, because I haven't done that for a while. Playing music is actually quite soothing. And you know, when things get as, as they do in, in our lives,. When things get a bit sort of stressful or a bit too much or a bitsort of overwhelming for whatever reason - there are many possible reasons for that.
