The Compendium of Theology and the Commentary on Sentences
St. Thomas' eschatology is centered around resurrection and judgment. He never completed his suma theologia, but there's a lot of teaching on eschatology in that work. The compendium of theology was going to organize it according to the virtues, faith, hope, and charity. Those are the chief places to go for all of this if you want to do more further reading at home.
