Infatilization

This idea of infatilization has been a big theme. Do you feel like the infatalization sometimes is not entirely undeserved? I mean, i've got a lot to say on thet but you go ahead. You know, i think what it frequently is is that, in some ways, i think african governments are just as used to the kind of current system as as european and american governments are.
