He breaks in to talk about how great philosophy is and how truth should be our guiding light. But he also says that when you look at real life philosophers, they're either very corrupt, like the thsymacus of the world, or they're kind of annoying and irrelevant,. Like their egg heads in an academy. That gets its into this holting about what is the nature of true philosophy - which is why we embark upon the journey of the cave. We've just kind of finished part two.
