The Importance of Surgery in Faking Patients

Once we're in the pseudo faking population, that's where I think more about a vitrectomy. Now there's all sorts of different nuances that come into play with any concerns for high risk for PVR or sometimes inferior pathology. But it's definitely a lot of factors that come intoplay in terms of deciding which is a surgery for that patient. It took four hours at a retinomating condensed into like a 45 second answer. Very impressive.
