How to Get Back to Sleep After Apnea
When you've got that apnea for what, 70 odd seconds at a time and your O2 sets drop, what does your body reflexively do to bring that up? Because obviously, if somebody has some sort of apneic event, accessory muscles will get recruited. And another strategy to sleep upright, which kind of takes the pressure, the thoracic cage as well. What about just coffee and North sneezing? Yeah, again, terrible.
