Shelley: I use the equation that half my day is going to be things that are just showing up. My modification for me is around this between the master list and plan your day. Getting divorced in the era of COVID, buying a house, separating from a business partner. These are all things that have been on my plate in the last three months. It's now early October. So it's better for me to keep the menu of items together, including keeping home and work together. And having everything really visual helped me see what was the next thing that could be done.
