Are There Existential Limiting Beliefs?

Most people believe that it's impossible for one to exit their body and speak to aliens, because we are our bodies. Victims have a huge problem with this - but the issue goes way beyond just victims. There exist meta beliefs which nobody almost ever stions or thinks about. These meda beliefs can get you completely stuck as they determine what you think is possible or not possible to occur within the web of beliefs itself. And then that becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy: Because you thought it was impossible, and so therefore it is.
