i like how you gots do this padcast, because i feel like i'm saying the same thing over. Sometimes we just make it waigh too complex with all of thesea systems and procedures and methodologies. And really a lot of it gets back to what you said, just go find out what they're what they want to accomplish,. What's on their what or ther circumstances don't make it so damn difficult. So everyone has these basics, kind of but its, but there's a little o base there.
