How to Be a Successful Line Manager in a School

When it comes to line managing in schools a really useful thing is for you know general managers or leading senior leaders principles to break down all the tasks. This needs to be a whole school process which is massively moderated by the chair by the senior leadership and then kind of giving to line management to then process. For instance if i can use an example let's take uniform and i think uniform because we're creating a uniform over here in the UK you know it's just one of these real arguments all the time.
