The Stranger's Body Is Broken

The sister and her brother were off duty, travelling noacis. Their flying machine broke and she hasn't been able to call for help. The stranger has wrapped her brother in a fabric that is already being eaten by a sweet, rich fur of mould. And holds the body close against herself with her strange, long arms. She shakes her head back and forth like a woman of the people looking for some one to fight, to strike with tusks. But she has no tusks, just a small, round nub of a head that wells up with water and noise. Perhaps there is more than one wrong side if there are two people to look at the edge.
