We were we are not a very corporate organization to be very you know and it so was all on gut-feeling. The kind of people we were looking for there is no formal education that you had to check because the work that we were doing was more of creative. There are no such degree courses in India for this kind of jobs. You have a film making lot of jobs but nothing on our line. We formally did not have those kind of stuffBasically it was a straight one to one you talk to them give them a small project to do and if you found that okay he has the capacity to learn and grow. He's hired and a lot of people have grown and went on
