The Importance of Intuition in Decision Making
I get pushbacks when I'm asking people to make forecasts, right? What do you think the probability is that X will occur in the future as an important component of a decision? So we could think about for example, if you're making an investment. You would have different probabilities that you might want to forecast of things occurring. We can use intensity scales very easily and with a sense of confidence, we can match it for scales. We can do this probability is just hard because we know there is no substance there.
