Roger A. Laffley: Leaders who are relentless in how they view the future as well as being curious. He says that if he thinks things are looking bad for a part of the business or the whole business 10 years from now, he doesn't say, yeah, let's wait and see if that turns out to be problematic or not. Those are the people who kind of shape the future rather than accept the future and then try and deal with it. For Titus, continue to go from strength to strength. That would be classic, laughing and classic, great strategic leadership.

"Too often CEO's will allow what's urgent to crowd out what's really important. It's wrong to define strategy as following best practices. This creates sameness and sameness is not a strategy. It's a recipe for mediocrity."
